1-2-3 Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Preparation
    In top of double boiler over hot water, melt chips, stirring occasionally (or melt in microwave).
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in Eagle Brand milk; blend well.
    May be served warm or cool.
    Good on ice cream or cake.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
