Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash
1 onion
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick margarine
1 bag herb stuffing
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add squash, onion, soup and sour cream, along with stuffing.
Leave some stuffing to put on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0. Just before it gets done, put the remaining stuffing on top.
