Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, de-skinned
2 baking potatoes
4 small carrots
2 stalks celery
2 Tbsp. plain flour
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. thyme
pepper
salt
Preparation

Season chicken with pepper and salt as desired.
Place flour and water in plastic baking bag.
Put chicken pieces in bag and shake to cover chicken pieces with flour and water.
Place chicken singly in bag (in pan) and place seasoned vegetables around chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
