Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire
3 c. crab meat (or imitation crab)
dash of salt and pepper
flour (enough to mix)
cooking oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except flour.
Add enough flour to make handling easy.
Shape into patties.
Dust patties with flour.
Fry in just enough oil to brown on both sides.
