Sweet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 whole chicken or favorite pieces
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
10 oz. peach preserves
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing

Preparation

Pull skin off of chicken; put in dish to bake in oven.
Mix onion soup, preserves and dressing together; pour over chicken. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
Uncover, baste and bake for 30 minutes more.
