Zucchini Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini (1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 lb. shredded cheese (Cooper sharp is good)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    paprika and parsley to taste
Preparation
    Slice zucchini 1/8-inch thick; saute in butter until barely tender.
    Add seasonings and place in casserole.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Pour in beaten eggs.
    Top with shredded cheese; sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until eggs are set.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Grease a casserole dish before adding ingredients.
