Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix and boil for 1 minute. Set aside to cool.
    Mix 2 packages French vanilla instant pudding (small size) and 3 1/2 cups milk. Beat and add one 8 ounce Cool Whip.
