Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, boiled in skin
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Mix all ingredients, stirring lightly.
    Place in a buttered casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in oven for 1 hour.
