Cheesy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. frozen loose pack whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
    1 can milk
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 oz. Provolone cheese
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, cook onion in hot oleo until tender but not brown.
    Add corn, broccoli, carrot and water and bring to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until veggies are tender.
    Stir in soup, milk, cheese and pepper.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
