Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie shell and top, unbaked
    6 very large peaches
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    mace
    salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash peaches; peel and slice.
    Pour a little milk over the slices to prevent fruit from darkening.
    Then add sugar, flour, lemon juice, spices and butter.
    Bake in shell with lattice top in 400\u00b0 oven one hour.
