Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed potatoes
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. milk, mixed with 3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients up to and including pepper in a large pot.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer until veggies are tender (15 to 20 minutes).
    Add milk; heat until milk is hot.
    Blend flour and 1/2 cup milk; stir into soup.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add margarine and serve.
