Baked Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. long cook rice
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    6 to 8 pork chops
Preparation
    Butter bottom of an 11 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cover bottom with rice.
    Sprinkle soup mix over rice.
    In separate bowl, mix soup, water and milk until smooth; pour over rice and place pork chops on top.
    Bake 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
