Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. yellow squash, sliced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) stuffing mix (seasoned)
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Cook squash and onion for 5 minutes; drain.
Combine chicken soup and sour cream.
Stir in shredded carrots.
Add squash and onions.
Mix stuffing and butter together.
Put half of stuffing on the bottom.
Add the rest to the top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
