German Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. chopped potatoes
1 c. cut up carrots
1 c. cut up celery
1 c. cut up onions
4 chicken bouillon cubes
5 c. water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped into small pieces
real bacon bits or crumbled bacon
Preparation

Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; add carrots, celery and onions and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add potatoes and simmer 20 more minutes or until tender.
Turn heat down and add cheese and cream of chicken soup.
Garnish with bacon bits.
