Lo-Fat Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. broccoli
1/2 c. egg substitute
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 c. fat-free Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onions
dash of pepper
6 low-fat Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, egg substitute, soup and mayonnaise.
Stir in Cheddar cheese, onions and dash of pepper.
