Pea Pickin' Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (with pudding)
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 can Mandarin oranges, diced
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
coconut (optional)

Preparation

Bake cake by directions on box for two 9-inch layers.
Cool completely.
