Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 bag egg noodles
    1 c. milk
    6 c. water
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water.
    When done, take chicken out and pull off bone.
    Pour noodles into the water the chicken came out of and boil until done, then add all of the other ingredients in with noodles and add chicken.
    Let it simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Then serve while hot.
