Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3 Tbsp. diced onions
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. rice
    pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Make meat ball with ingredients and brown lightly.
    Add 2 cans crushed tomato sauce and 1 can water.
    Cover tightly and simmer 30 minutes until rice is tender.
