Sweet Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 egg, beaten
8 large marshmallows
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Preparation

Add beaten egg to sweet potatoes.
Form into 8 balls with a marshmallow in the center of each ball.
Roll in corn flakes and deep fry.
