Crab Bacon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
12 slices bacon
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation

Saute
the
onion
in butter;
remove the onion and set aside. Add
the
crabmeat
and
seasonings, tossing crab long enough
to absorb
all
of the butter.
Cut the bacon in half crosswise and roll about 1 teaspoon of crabmeat in each slice, fastening
with a toothpick.
Place the rolls on an ungreased pan;
broil until the bacon crisps.
Drain well and serve hot. These
may
be prepared well in advance and broiled when ready to serve.
