Fish Fry Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked diced potatoes
    1 large onion, chopped and cooked with potatoes
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    green olives
    bread and butter pickles
    bacon bits
    free Ranch dressing
    1 serving spoon mayo
Preparation
    Drain potatoes and onion.
    Add eggs, olives, pickles and bacon bits, chopped as coarse or as fine as you want.
    Mix with Ranch dressing and let sit for about an hour.
    Just before serving, mix in the mayo to make it moist.
    Makes a family size bowl.
