Stir-Fry Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 or 2 green peppers
    1 onion
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 (2 lb.) kielbasa
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 small jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion and green pepper and meat (cut up) until browned.
    Make sauce with rest of ingredients except pineapple. Stir into meat mixtures.
    Lastly add drained pineapple chunks. Cook until heated.
    Serve over rice or spaghetti.
