Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium size squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 stick oleo
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Slice and parboil squash for 5 minutes; drain and set aside. Mix in a large bowl, soup, sour cream and onion.
    Stir into drained squash.
    Melt margarine in skillet and stir into stuffing mix.
    Put squash into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, top with stuffing mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
