Meatless Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped finely
    1/2 green pepper, chopped finely
    1/2 red pepper, chopped finely
    sage
    thyme
    salt and pepper
    Introvignes Seafood Breadcrumbs
    1 to 1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
    Finely chop stems (about 1/2 cup) and set aside.
    Do the same with red and green pepper. In large skillet, saute onion, mushroom stems and pepper until soft.
    Keep mixture very moist adding more butter as you need it. Add bread crumbs until mixture holds together.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper, sage and thyme.
    Spoon on to mushroom caps. Bake on cookie sheet 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
