Zucchini With Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 green pepper, minced
    salad oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. can tomatoes
    1 to 2 zucchini, sliced, not peeled
Preparation
    Cook onions and pepper in small amount of salad oil until soft. Add ground beef.
    Brown it.
    Pour off drippings.
    Add and mix in flour.
    Add canned tomatoes.
    Stir.
    Cook 5 to 8 minutes.
    Put sliced zucchini in casserole.
    Cover with tomato-meat mixture and bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
