Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, margarine and vanilla. Mix well or put in blender and blend at low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Serve warm or cool.
Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
