Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. sour cream
1 medium size sweet pepper
1 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. American cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix meal, oil and eggs together.
Add corn, onion, sour cream, peppers and cheese.
Mix well.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
