Strawberry Dream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Mix first four ingredients and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When brown, press half of mixture in pan.
Save half for top of dessert.
