Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, half of the margarine, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla in bowl, mixing well.
    Spoon into casserole.
    Cut remaining margarine into mixture of brown sugar, flour and pecans in bowl.
    Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle marshmallows over top.
    Bake for 5 minutes longer.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
