Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 to 10 slices bread, crusts trimmed
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 to 10 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
    Drain. Line bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish with bread.
    Layer cheese and sausage over bread.
    Pour eggs over layers.
    Chill, covered, overnight.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until center is set in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Yields 8 servings.
