Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggplants
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. soft breadcrumbs
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Boil, peel and slice eggplant until well cooked.
    Drain, mash and mix with bread crumbs, onion, catsup, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and eggs.
    Melt margarine.
    Stir in flour, then add milk and cook until mixture thickens.
    Add cheese cubes to sauce.
    Add to eggplant mixture.
    Place in greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
