Carrots L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    sections of 2 oranges
    parsley
    cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Cook carrots in water until tender.
    Drain.
    Blend orange juice, sugar, lemon and cornstarch in pan.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Fold in carrots and orange sections.
    Pour into serving dish.
    Sprinkle parsley on top and add cayenne if you like it zippy!
