Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all
    together except cheese.
    Pour 1/2 of batter in greased, large
    iron
    skillet.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Pour rest
    of batter in skillet and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
