Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (13 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
18 oz. water
1 lb. crab claws
1 1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. diced green peppers
2 small whole tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. tomato puree
1 1/2 Tbsp. file gumbo
1 heaping Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. powdered garlic
1 tsp. granulated onion
1 heaping tsp. thyme
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. saffron
approximately 40 shrimp
1 small can oysters and juice

Combine all ingredients and cook; simmer about 30 minutes.
