French Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size head cabbage
    1 to 2 bell peppers
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    3 to 4 cloves garlic
    1 c. sweet cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter or oil
Preparation
    Quarter cabbage and cook in small amount of water until tender, then pour off any water left on it.
    Chop fine.
    Saute celery, bell peppers (chopped) and\tgarlic\tin
    1
    to 2 tablespoons butter or oil, slowly, until tender (about 30 minutes). Add this to finely chopped
    cabbage,
    pour in cream and grated cheese.
    Mix well and
    put
    into buttered casserole. Sprinkle grated bread crumbs on top.

    for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
