Terry'S Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cocktail or small shrimp, drain and soak in cold water for 20 minutes
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 can tomato soup
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except shrimp, together.
    Drain shrimp, crumble and fold into mixture.
    Pour into mold.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce with party rye or pumpernickel bread slices.
