Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    1 (4.5 oz.) can green chilies (mild), chopped
    parsley (fresh or flakes)
    cilantro to your taste
    oregano (\"tad\")
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dump stewed tomatoes in a bowl and mash them up with your hands.
    You may use fresh tomatoes, if you wish.
    Now add all other ingredients and mix.
    You can add more or less of each to your taste.
    If you like it hot, add jalapenos.
