Chocolate Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. ground pecans
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
3 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk, partially frozen
1 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and pat onto bottom of 10-inch spring-form tube pan and bake 8 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Cool.
Beat until stiff and set aside the egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar.
Beat cream cheese, chocolate chips, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla together.
Whip evaporated milk until stiff.
Fold in whipped milk, beaten egg whites and broken pecans.
Pour into nut-lined pan and freeze overnight.
Let set at room temperature a few minutes before cutting.
