Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. flour (all-purpose)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    2 to 3 c. fruit
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water or syrup
Preparation
    Melt butter in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and milk; pour into margarine.
    Spread filling over batter.
    Sprinkle 8 tablespoons sugar over fruit and add water or syrup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
