Crispy Pecan Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. beer
    1 large egg white
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. fine, dry, unseasoned breadcrumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans (1 oz.)
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
    4 lemon wedges
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Lightly oil a rack large enough to hod shrimp in a single layer.
    Set rack on a baking sheet.
    In medium bowl whisk together flour, beer, egg white and 1/4 teaspoon salt until creamy and smooth.
