Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    3/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1 onion, chopped (vary amount for your taste)
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice and onion on bottom of buttered casserole.
    Add oleo, milk, soup and cheese.
    Place broccoli on top.
    Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Uncover. Stir and cook 15 minutes longer. (Could substitute spinach for broccoli.)
