Finger Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jell-O or 2 (3 oz.) pkg.
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1 cup of cold water.
    Set aside.
    In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add Jell-O.
    Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
    Add gelatin mixture.
    Stir and add 1/2 cup cold water.
    Pour into a pan and set in refrigerator until solid (about 2 hours).
    Cut into squares.
    Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
