Tabouli(Wheat Garden Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bulgur wheat
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    1 bunch parsley, chopped fine
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can black olives, sliced
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    In medium bowl pour boiling water over bulgur wheat.
    Let sit for 30 minutes.
    Mix in a shaker oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, oregano and cayenne pepper; shake well.
    Mix bulgur wheat and vegetables and pour in oil mixture.
    Mix well and chill several hours before serving.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce.
    Serves about 6 a generous portion.
