Pork Chop Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    2 cans Ro-Tel
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 pkg. chili mix (hot or mild)
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 cans water
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut pork chops into small pieces (bone in).
    Cover with water. Simmer until meat falls off bone.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on low heat approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice. Enjoy.
