Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 pkg. lasagne noodles
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 pt. cottage cheese (small curd)
Preparation

Brown meat and garlic.
Add water, sauces and onion soup mix. Add spices.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Add cottage cheese.
Simmer until cheese is almost melted.
Add to cooked and drained lasagne noodles.
Mix all together.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with grated Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
