Microwave Mini Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. dry breadcrumbs (1 1/2 to 2 slices)
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    sprinkle of salt
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly, but gently. Divide into 2 oval loaves.
    Place on microwave rack (bacon rack), 1 inch apart.
    Top with more ketchup and cover with wax paper. Microwave 9 minutes on High, rearranging halfway through.
    Let stand 3 minutes to finish cooking.
