Freezer Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 small (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix cottage cheese and cream cheese.
Add sugar and whipped cream.
Mix well with mixer.
Place graham cracker crumbs in 8 x 8-inch pan.
Pour mixture over crumbs.
Sprinkle crumbs on top. Freeze for several hours.
Let sit in refrigerator for 1
to 2 hours until softened before serving.
(Also good frozen.)
