Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. squash
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 egg
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook squash until tender.
Drain and mash.
Mix sugar, mayonnaise, onion, egg, oleo, cheese, salt and pepper together and combine with squash.
Place in casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs.
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
