Roast Stuffed Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper
    2 c. ground pork and beef
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 c. bread crumbs
    wild duck, dressed
Preparation
    Fill duck with a stuffing prepared by mixing all the ingredients.
    Roast, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes per pound.
