Barbecued Ribs With Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
1 large can sauerkraut
1/2 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion, sliced
Preparation

Place spareribs in the bottom of a large kettle or saucepan. Pour the can of sauerkraut over the top of the spareribs.
Mix together the tomato sauce, catsup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over the sauerkraut.
Spread the onion slices over the sauce.
